A senior communicator for the United Party, Ebo Buckman, has called on President Mahama to take decisive action against politicians implicated in corruption cases, particularly those involving the “Operation Recover All Loot” (ORAL).
According to Buckman, any politician found guilty should face the consequences of their actions.
He stated that politicians who engage in corrupt practices should not be spared, regardless of their position or influence.
Buckman emphasized that this approach would help combat corruption in the country.
However, Buckman also urged judges handling ORA cases to deliver judgments within a reasonable timeframe.
He suggested that six months should be sufficient for judges to reach a verdict in such cases.
