13-Year-Old Prince David Ajisafe Gains Admission To UEW To Pursue Basic Education Programme

In a world where extraordinary achievements often make headlines, the story of 13-year-old Prince David Ajisafe, a young boy from Potsin Central Region of Ghana.

In an interview on February 09, 2025. Prince, a prodigy with an insatiable thirst for knowledge, recount his joy after gaining admission to the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) to pursue a Basic Education Programme.

 

 

 

When questioned why Basic Education, he pointed out his plans for the future stating “I want to read the Basic Education so that I will get a stepping stone for the future but afterward I will change to computer science” He said.

Prince’s journey began in Potsin where he attended Dandav International School (Primary and JHS) and proceeded to Potsin T.I Ahmadiyya Senior High School Potsin.

At the age of 12, Prince sat for the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and passed with flying colors. His results were nothing short of remarkable, with distinctions in all subjects.

 

 

 

 

Prince applied to the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) to pursue a Basic Education Programme.

The university, known for its commitment to nurturing future educators, saw in Prince a unique opportunity to support a young mind with immense potential.

Prince was offered admission, making him one of the youngest students ever to be admitted to the University of Education, Winneba.

His story is a reminder that greatness knows no age, and with the right support, even the youngest individual can achieve the extraordinary.
