Two Top Journalists Reported Dead In Ashanti Region

A popular sports journalist and a news anchor in the Ashanti Region have been reported dead.

The journalists includes; Nana Ofosu Gyeabour of Agyenkwa 101.9 FM popularly called “The President” and Kwame Ampadu a k.a “Papa Shaggy” of New Mercury 91.5 FM.

 

According to the information gathered by MyGhanaMedia.com, it is alleged that  the Sports journalist of New Mercury 91.5 FM, Papa Shaggy died through a short sickness.

 

Meanwhile, a confirmed cause of the death of the news anchor at the  Agyenkwa 101.9 FM, Nana Ofosu Gyeabour is yet to be established.

Nana Ofosu Gyeabour,  ‘Engineer One’ as he is also called, until his demise was the lead news anchor for Tobinco’s Kumasi based radio station.

Nana Fosu Gyeabour previously worked with Sika FM.

 

The mysterious  death of the two journalist is said to have occurred this morning 3rd May 2022 concurrently but medical reports have not established the cause of their death.

 

 

 

The sad news was confirmed by the DJ B Ice of Agyenkwa FM with a picture of Nana Ofosu.
