Barcelona have become the latest addition to Europe’s top clubs chasing Ghanaian midfielder, Mohammed Kudus after his excelling performance at the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The 22-year-old is no doubt one of the shining lights currently in Qatar considering how he helped Ghana beat South Korea on Monday, November 28.
Kudus’ effort helped the Black Stars get their first win at the 2022 World Cup after losing their first game at the tournament against Portugal.
Kudus has made two assists with two goals in two World Cup matches.
Interestingly, Kudus made the headlines as the Ajax midfielder scored a brace for Ghana in their 3-2 win over South Korea.
In a tweet made by Fabrizio Romano, he says Barcelona “have been tracking Mohammed Kudus for more than one year. We can’t say now that Barça want Kudus…but he’s attracting interest,” according to the La Liga giant’s Director, Cruyff.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Liverpool, Newcastle United and Everton have all expressed interest in the youngster.
According to an update spotted on Twitter, Real Madrid chiefs have been impressed with Kudus’ performances so far and want to have him in their squad.
Ghana will face Uruguay in their last group game, and a win or possibly draw should help them qualify for the round of 16.
