#NDCDecides: A.B.A. Fuseini Defeated In Sagnarigu

The MP for Sagnarigu, A.B.A. Fuseini has been defeated in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary primary held today, May 13, 2023.

He lost to Atta Issa, a new entrant who is also an accountant at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) headquarters.

The incumbent Member of Parliament for Sagnarigu, A.B.A Fuseini was not successful in his 4th bid to return to Parliament in 2025.

Atta Issah, obtained 801 votes to beat Fuseini who managed 333 votes.

His colleague at Pru East Dr Kwabena Donkor also lost his bid to represent the party in the 2024 elections.

The former Power Minister polled 371 votes while his contender Emmanuel Kwaku Boam got 474 votes. Another candidate, Bright Fiawornu managed 66 votes.
