A student of Aburi Girls Senior High School in the Eastern region, Miss Naana Akua Adobea Ofori-Henaku took home the title of overall best in the 4th edition of the National Public Speaking Competition on Adolescent Children’s Mental Health.
Students from Accra Academy SHS, St. Mary’s SHS, Yaa Asantewaa SHS (Ashanti Region), and other schools battled alongside Miss Naana Akua Adobea Ofori-Henaku.
The Accra International Conference Center hosted the event on December 18, 2023.
She was awarded the prestigious “Best ORATOR ” title in the senior division. This highly regarded competition.
She impressed both the audience and distinguished judges with her exceptional communication skills, in-depth knowledge, and her ability to inspire and influence through her words.
Naana Adobea professed to be the most confident in her ability to do better than any of the other contestants, citing her as the best “ORATOR” student.
However, she never would have imagined that she would represent Aburi Girls SHS as the finest “ORATOR” and student winner.
She gave thanks to her instructors for preparing her for this moment of triumph.
Additionally, she asks for more chances and venues to enlighten and educate people on delicate subjects like adolescent children and mental health.
Therefore, she made advantage of this platform to make a plea to his friends, coworkers, and the general public to constantly try their hardest to help educate and raise awareness in order to enhance neighbor mental health.
