Thirteen players did a work out at the Black Stars team hotel Tuesday morning after opening camp in Marrakech, Morocco on Monday.
The light session was to relax their muscles after travelling from their respective clubs ahead of the two International friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda.
The Black Stars will play 2023 Africa Cup of Nations finalists Nigeria on Friday, March 22 before taking on the Cranes of Uganda on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
With the exception of Nurudeen Abdulai who arrived Tuesday morning, the rest of the squad took part in the work out.
On Tuesday evening, the Black Stars have their inaugural field training.
Osman, Abdulai and Asare take part in first training ahead of friendlies
Osman Ibrahim, Abdulai Nurudeen and Frederick Asare joined the squad for the teams first training session in Marrakesh for the forthcoming international friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda.
The trio who arrived Tuesday morning, took part in the one-hour training exercise.
Their arrivals take the number of players to sixteen (16) as the Black Stars builds up to the two games in Morocco. Ghana will take on Nigeria on Friday, March 22 before locking horns with Uganda four days later.
The players in camp are: Tariq Lamptey, Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Kasim Nuhu, Antoine Semenyo, Abdul Samed Salis, Patrick Kpozo, Alidu Seidu, Joseph Wollacott, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, Denis Odoi, Ernest Nuamah, Osman Ibrahim, Abdulai Nurudeen, and Frederick Asare.
