A vibrant and dedicated youth called Northern NPP Concerned Youth Group in the Northern Region of Ghana recited a Holy Qur’an tailored towards NPP’s victory in the December 7 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
The group comprises active and energetic men and women dotted across the nook and cranny of the Northern Region, particularly the 18 Constituencies respectively.
In fact, the purpose of this Qur’anic recitation organized by the leadership and members was to seek Allah’s divine intervention for NPP’s victory, especially in this Holy month of Ramadan.
This laudable step arose during the group’s usual open discussion of issues bothering the forward march of the Party and how to deal with them with strategic planning anchored on getting varied views from members.
Interestingly, the leadership of the group together with members decided to contribute their quota towards seeking Allah’s divine intervention for the party’s victory and the progress of members.
Fast forward, the contribution started and members dotted across the 18 Constituencies contributed in their small ways to ensure the successful recitation of the Holy Qur’an for prosperity and success during this election year.
Importantly, some top hierarchy of the Party from the National, Regional, and Constituency levels never reneged but also contributed enormously towards the group’s initiative of seeking Allah’s guidance for NPP’s victory in the December 7 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.
On Saturday, March 30, 2024, the group organized the much anticipated Qur’an recitation on the theme “Seeking Allah’s divine intervention for NPP’s victory”. The recitation took place at the “I no Go Sell Mosque” along the Bamvum road before the Tamale South Sub Metro office at exactly 9:00am.
Additionally, in attendance to grace the momentous recitation of the Holy Qur’an were Imams and Ulemas, representatives from Regional, Constituency Executives, representatives from Regional Councils of Elders, representatives from some Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives, representatives from some Parliamentary candidates and others fully represented, opinion leaders, Elders, some Constituency Coordinators, some polling station executives and hard-working members of the group far and near came to be part of the blessings.
The revered Imams and Elders of the party prayed fervently to the leadership and members of the group for the great thought to call on Allah to intervene and grant our Flagbearer, H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Parliamentary candidates in the 18 Constituencies and across the country for a resounding victory in the December 7 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
Instructively, the President of the group Abdulai Abdul Jalil Opele, and the Secretary of the group Abdulai Abdul Razak took time to give their opening remarks and call on all for a united front as the youth with passion and dedication for the Party.
The leadership of the group also spoke highly of the need for members to use the opportunity to forgive one another and chart a path of being the ambassadors of trumpeting the vision and policies of our Flagbearer and Parliamentary candidates for the agenda of breaking the 8 to come to fruition.
In summary, the recitation of the Holy Qur’an ended with joy, happiness, and full of love for the enormous support from all who took time out of their busy schedules to be part of and the leadership of Northern NPP Concerned Youth Group took time to thank all and the media for their cooperation and understanding
May the Almighty Allah accept our supplications, and protect and guide us on the right path full of prosperity and success.
Insha Allah, It’s highly possible.
Thank you.
Northern NPP Concerned Youth Group.
