In the political landscape of Atwima Nwanbiagya North Constituency, a seismic shift has occurred as over 500 members from both the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have defected to “The New Force.”

This exodus signifies a profound dissatisfaction with the status quo and a resolute determination for change.

Led by Joachim Kandari, this group has cited a litany of grievances against the incumbent parties, decrying a dearth of job opportunities and developmental projects in their constituency.

Despite being endowed with abundant natural resources, Atwima Nwanbiagya North has languished under what they perceive as inept leadership from both the NPP and the NDC.

Joachim Kandari’s assertion that their leaders have taken them for granted resonates deeply with many disillusioned constituents who feel neglected and overlooked by those in power.

Their decision to align themselves with “The New Force” underscores a yearning for proactive and accountable governance, one that prioritizes job creation and tangible progress over hollow promises.

“We have natural resources, but both NPP and NDC have been milking us without any developmental projects to boast of.

“We have made our mind to vote them out and bring The New Force to bring change in leadership for we the youth especially in Atwima Nwabiagya North,” Joachim stated.

Moreover, the disillusionment extends beyond mere dissatisfaction with the incumbent parties; it reflects a broader discontent with the prevailing political establishment.

The influx of educated youth into “The New Force” reflects a generational shift in political allegiance, driven by a collective desire to break free from the shackles of stagnation and inertia.

The testimonies of the group members paint a stark picture of unfulfilled aspirations and dashed hopes.

Despite possessing academic qualifications, they find themselves trapped in a cycle of unemployment and disillusionment.

They added, “Despite the qualifications we have, there is no job for us to do. We are youth, and we yearn for a leader who understands our situation.

“We believe in Cheddar to bring jobs through his industrialization agenda.”

The failure of the NPP’s promises to catalyze job creation has been a particularly bitter pill to swallow, prompting many to seek solace in the vision articulated by Nana Kwame Bediako.

Nana Kwame Bediako’s industrialization agenda resonates deeply with those who yearn for substantive change and economic empowerment.

His commitment to harnessing the untapped potential of Atwima Nwanbiagya North strikes a chord with those who have grown weary of empty rhetoric and political posturing.

The defection of over 500 NDC and NPP members marks a watershed moment in the political landscape of Atwima Nwanbiagya North.

It signals a paradigm shift in voter sentiment and underscores the growing appetite for alternative political movements that prioritize the needs of the people above partisan interests.

As the momentum continues to swell behind “The New Force,” it is clear that the winds of change are sweeping across Atwima Nwanbiagya North.

The upcoming election presents an opportunity for the electorate to chart a new course, one defined by accountability, inclusivity, and genuine progress.
