The Linda-Dor Highway Rest Stop management has been alerted to a video that has been making waves, displaying a disgruntled customer who patronised their services.
The management said that they sincerely regret the unsatisfactory service that the consumer experienced.
In addition, they conveyed apologies for anything that went wrong, pledged to put things right, and gave everyone assurance that the issue was being addressed properly.
According to a statement obtained by MyGhanaMedia.com, “We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and are dedicated to making things right.”

It also added, “We also have a complaints system set aside to address similar instances, and we will entreat customers to give us feedback on the services we provide, and we will treat it with the needed seriousness.
