A motor rider, Kwasi Adane 40, have met his untimely death at Prosohene Nkwanta, in the Juaboso District of the Western North Region.
The sad incident happened at about 8:00 am on Friday, May 14, 2021, as he was heading towards Bonsu Nkwakanta from Juaboso after dropping his wife at the lorry station.
According to an eyewitness, Adane on reaching the Prosohene Nkwanta wrongfully overtook a vehicle ahead of him, and in the process collided head-on with Nissan Pick-up with registered number NR-4141-Y, who was driving from the opposite direction.
An eyewitness told Sefwinews.com’s Correspondent Sikaba Kofi Baboura that the motorbike rider died instantly.
The body has since been deposited at the morgue whilst the Nissan Pick-up driver is currently in police custody in Juaboso.
Kwasi Adane is survived by his wife and four children.
