Royal Ann College of Health (RACOH) is a government-accredited private health training institution that offers thirteen (13) degree, HND, diploma, and certificate programmes.
The College is located at Atwima-Manhyia in the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly in Ghana’s Ashanti Region.
On Friday, January 31, 2024, RACOH won the FG-MELSA Central Zone Quiz, which was held at the KSMD Block A Auditorium at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
The Federation of Ghana Medical Laboratory Students’ Associations (FG-MELSA) organized the quiz, which drew students from a variety of institutions, including Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi Technical University (KSTU), Garden City University College (GGUC), and the Methodist Institute of Education, Zone.
RACOH’s victory in the quiz demonstrates the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and its students’ dedication to their studies.
The competition was fierce, but RACOH’s team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skills, earning first place.
The Competition covered a variety of topics related to medical laboratory science, and the RACOH team demonstrated their knowledge and critical thinking abilities throughout the competition.
The final results are as follows:
– RACOH score: 40 points
– KSTU has 35 points.
– KNUST score: 29
– GGUC score: 19 points
The victory of RACOH is a significant achievement for both the institution and its students. It demonstrates that RACOH is a premier center for medical laboratory science education, with some of the best students in the country.
