A youth group in the Atwima Nwabiagya by name, Concerned citizens of Atwima Nwabiagya North district is appealing to the Ashanti Regional New Patriotic Party as well as the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo to sack the District Chief Executive (DCE),Hon Rebecca Yeboah. They stated that “our District Chief Executive (DCE) is a signpost of disgrace to the NPP party in Atwima Nwabiagya North district since she resumed office.
Addressing the media in a press conference at Asuofua by Chairman of Atwima Nwabiagya North NPP Council of Elders, Mr Dauda Sarpong Kumankuma explained further that “Our District Chief Executive (DCE) must be thrown out of office because the developmental projects by this current government which has resulted in many international awards has not reflect in the said district due to her poor performance.

According to him, Hon Rebecca Yeboah has been sleeping for the past four years and there is no hope that he can wake up from his slumber very soon to tackle the numerous problems affecting his people.
“We can boldly say without any reservations that, Atwima Nwabiagya North district is in a mess and nothing seems to be working out to better the lives of the people.”

The youth, therefore, believed the DCE has failed his people and the youth of Atwima Nwabiagya North district are unable to contain her as the District Chief Executive going forward.
Again,he added that, the DCE disregard and do not cooperate with Nananom in the building of the district.
He explained further, the DCE is not known in most of the communities in the district to know the problems associates with in the district and also not a member of the district therefore doesn’t care what happens to the district.
“We are pleading with the President of the Republic, the chief of staff, the vice president, the council of state, Eastern Region, Okyehene and the Regional minister to rescue Begoroman from continuously going down.”
