The former Member of Parliament (MP) for Prestea Huni-Valley Constituency in the Western Region, Madam Barbara Oteng-Gyasi, has presented a pick-up vehicle to Prestea Huni-Valley Communications Directorate of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The former MP who is also the President of the Wassa Hemaa Foundation presented a Toyota Hilux Pick-Up to the Communications Directorate at a colourful ceremony held in the constituency.
Speaking at the ceremony to present the vehicle to the communications office, the former MP indicated that the presentation was in recognition of the good work done by the communications team of the party in the year 2022.
“It is expected that the vehicle would further motivate and enhance the performance of the directorate in the realisation of the NPP’s vision to Break the 8 in the 2024 General Elections,” she said.
The Communications Director, Mr Isaac Addo in receiving the keys to the vehicle expressed the directorate’s appreciation for the gesture. He also assured the former MP that the vehicle would be used for the intended purpose.
He further recalled the numerous support extended to the directorate by Madam Barbara Oteng-Gyasi all in her attempt to promote the welfare of the NPP in Prestea Huni-Valley.
