Former Black Stars attacker Mahatma Otoo has made a donation to the Ankaful Maximum Security Prison in the Central Region.
The donations were a set of jerseys, hoses, footballs, and an undisclosed amount of money to support the Maximum Security Prison’s football team.
Mahama Otoo explained that he is highly motivated to continue to extend his benevolence to the inmates of the Ankaful Maximum Security Prison team because they have a very good team and he is excited to provide a helping hand.
Away from that, Mahatma also sent his condolence to the family of Christian Atsu who are beavered following the unfortunate news that the former Newcastle, Chelsea, and Everton winger could not survive the earthquake in Turkey.
He prayed that the Almighty God protects the late Atsu and keep him in his bosom till they meet again.
Mahatma, who also plays in Turkey and has been on holiday in Ghana noted that he is fortunate he left the Asian country before the tragedy occurred and further said he believes back and he believes God will take care of him in any difficulties he will face when he returns.
Meanwhile, Mahatma Otoo added that he has been monitoring the Ghana Premier League since he left in 2013 and he sees that Ghana Football is in the process of attaining success. He believes with hard work Ghana will surely get to the top.
