The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bab Aqua Drinking Water Company who double as the Parliamentary Candidate (PC) elected to lead the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Bibiani Anhweaso Bekwai Constituency, Mr Bright Asamoah Brefo popularly know as MR. BAB AQUA has promised to solved his constituents flooding especially the good people of Bibiani Praga bridges.
In a response to the accusations against Mr Bright Asamoah Brefo the parliamentary Candidate for NDC in the Bibiani Anwiaso Bekwai constituency, Mr Brefo has spoken to Nana Nyarko a reporter from the Daily Searchlight Newspaper.
According to him, he has arranged to construct the bridge in question by bringing coverts for the project now and start working when the rain reduces.
Bab Aqua mentioned again that, he has reshape (grade) the road several times but keeps destroying because they are unable to create water drains due to some pipe lines on the side of the road yet some expects has been consulted to work on it to get them good road.
He further explain that, it’s never true that he doesn’t care about the well being of the citizens of Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipality especially Bibiani Praga, Attakrom and Hwenampoli people’s.
Bab Aqua therefore appeal to them that, he has initiate pragmatic steps to prevent perennial floods which continue to cause havoc in some part of his municipality especially those in the municipal capital. He led an engineer and a road contractor called Kwaku Nyame to some identified flood prone communities including Bibiani Praga, Attakrom, Hwenampoli and others and assured them safety.
