FIFA Ranking: Black Queens Ranked 4th In Africa

The Black Queen’s of Ghana have been ranked fourth in Africa in the latest FIFA ranking just behind Nigeria, South Africa and Morocco who are ranked first, second and third respectively.

Under the tutelage of Nora Hauptle, the team has improved massively and has qualified for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations(WAFCON) slated for June next year in Morocco.

The Black Queens gained qualification after recording 3 wins, one loss and also scored 15 goals and conceded 2 in the process.

The next outing for the team will be in February, next year as they come up against Zambia in the third round of the 2024 Paris Olympic qualifiers.
