Ibrahim Sannie, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) parliamentary candidate for the Ayawaso-North constituency, has launched his 2024 parliamentary campaign with the goal to unseat the National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate Yussif Jajah Issaka.
On July 28, 2024, the political campaign was officially launched in the Kotobabi constituency at the mother-to-child school in the Greater Accra Region.
Ms Alhassan zoomed into action by calling on the youth to be “her backbone” to retain the seat.
He declared that empowering women is his top priority.
Given the opportunity to become a member of parliament, he believes he must be resolute in addressing the pressing issue of women’s livelihood.
Regarding the rumours being spread about the constituents’chaotic character, the PC retorted that both political party members are peaceful neighbours who coexist with one another.
He disclosed that he and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party’s 2024 PC, Mr. Jaja, are brothers, but that they are both aware of their advantages and disadvantages in terms of politics. However, he possesses the ‘kalangbaashi’ (maybe he means good fortune) to easily defeat his opponent.
