Do The Needful Else …
The General Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Kodua Frimpong, has expressed concerns about some government appointees who he says are disconnected from the party’s base.
In a Facebook post on Saturday, August 10, Mr Frimpong revealed that his recent tour of the Bono Region uncovered significant dissatisfaction among party members.
This discontent, he suggests, is due to some appointees failing to engage effectively with their base.
Mr Frimpong’s post highlighted that this disconnection has led to a growing number of disgruntled party members.
He cautioned the appointees involved, stating that they must address these issues promptly or risk public exposure for their failures.
He emphasised that the appointees’ positions are a result of the hard work and support of the party’s base.
Therefore, it is crucial for them to stay connected and responsive to the concerns of those who have supported them.
“Feedback from my tour of the Bono region shows that some appointees have lost touch with their base. Don’t force me to start mentioning names; do the needful,” he posted.
