The District Chief Executive for Jaman North Constituency in the Bono region, Hon. Adane Ankomah has pleaded with former president John Dramani Mahama to ensure the peace of the nation remains unchanged by accepting the just ended election results and concede defeat.
Speaking in an interview with Myghanamedia’s reporter , the DCE stated that, the results of the elections has been gazetted hence no amount of protest or demonstration can change it except court ruling.
He therefore advised Former President John Dramani Mahama to concede defeat and rather prepare himself for 2024 general elections.
Speaking on blames that, most MMDCE’s are the cause of the defeat of some NPP MPs and Parliamentary Candidates, he retairated that, DCEs have no hands in the defeat of the PCs and MPs who lost.
He attributed the lost of some of the NPP MPs to their inability to develop their Constituency and some decisions and actions of the NPP party at large.
