Ennovate Blck Cyber Security Hub Launched

The modern state-of-the-art facility which is to incubate aspiring personnel interested in cyber technology was launched in Adenta, a suburb in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.

 

Cyber technology has become the most economic drive in our contemporary world of economy and to achieve this, it takes a well-committed attitude to overcome perseverance.

 

Mr. Evans Ofori Gyebi, the chief executive officer of the newly established facility, and co-founder Mr. Samuel Ansong, are young dynamic Ghanaians who dedicated their commitments to that matter.

 

This project materialized with the support from the; National Entrepreneurial and Innovation Programme (NEIP), the World Bank, and other donors, etc.

 

Core value

Mr. Ofori-Gyebi, said the following about the main purpose of the project to the gathering, on the 21st of February 2025, at the premise of the project-Adenta.

 

 

 

 

‘He and his group quest for innovation and creation, hence the establishment of the project since its inception in 2018.

Their effort won the admiration of many including some external industry players.

 

When operating under Elevate network, they cultivate and produce some best startups and social entrepreneurs, out of such achievement, Ennovate Blch was curb out. Which main vision is to incubate young startups for a better future and a better economy.

 

Out of the donor sponsors, Mr. Ofori promised Ghc10,000 each to three of the young aspiring applicants to help build their prototype, and also use the existing facility freely for their future project works.

 

He used the opportunity to appreciate all those who rendered help to make the facility fruitful. He also advised the young ones gathered, by encouraging them to be well determined in life, for he did not come by it on a silver platter. He did so with moab of tears flow in his eyes’.

 

Mr. Samuel Ansong (co-founder), lamented that Africa is the next source of producing talents to fill the global gap of cyber security and Artificial Intelligence (AI) deficiet. So the youth must embrace this opportunity to its latter, to supplement the 24-hour economy promised by the ruling government.

 

 

 

He went on further to demonstrate the functions of both cyber security and AI inceptions in our current economic management systems.

 

Mr. Casper Sunday-Kapori, a representative of NEIP, also advocates for the tremendous work doing by Ennovate Blck cyber hub. So his institution is more determined to support all aspirants in their endeavor to become among the expected one (1)million coders, his excellency John Dramani Mahama assured the public prior to the 2024, elections.
