Majority Chief Whip Grab Juicy Board Appointments

The President of the Republic, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has appointed the Majority Chief Whip and Member of Parliament for Nsawam Adoagyiri, Frank Annoh-Dompreh as the Board Chairman of the Road Fund Management.

This was contained in a letter signed by the Secretary to the President Ambassador Nana Asante Bediatuo.

His appointment according to the Secretary to the President is pursuant to section 3(2) of the Road Fund (Amendment) Act, 2016, (Act 909).

 

 

 

In another development, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, the Majority Leader in Parliament has also been appointed as the Board Chairman of the Electricity Company of Ghana Limited.

The appointment of the Member of Parliament for Effutu Constituency in the Central Region was also announced in a letter signed by the Secretary to the President, Ambassador Nana Bediatuo Asante.
