The Minister for Sanitation and Water Resources, Cecilia Dapaah, has made news headlines following news of $1 million, €300, 000 and millions of Ghana Cedis being stolen from her home in Abelemkpe, a suburb of Accra.
Many Ghanaians are asking how Cecilia Dapaah came by such an amount of wealth given the salary she draws as a minister.
Not much is being said about the minister’s husband, Daniel Osei Kufuor, who according to the court documents lost six pieces of Kente cloth worth GH¢90,000 and six sets of men’s suits valued at US$3,000 and could own some of the money that was stolen.
But who exactly is Daniel Osei Kufuor
