President Nana Akufo-Addo in his tour to the Bono Region on 10th August, 2021, in a radio interview with Radio BAR 93.5mhz monitored by MyGhanaMedia.com has said, the Nation Builders Corps NABCo trainees under 3 year contract who are bringing their service to an end in October are in transition to paved way for new entrants.
According to him a questionnaire requesting a permanent position for the NABCo personnel has a numder of 73,844 trainees willing to be fix in the public sector out of the 92,000 personnel employed in the various modules under NABCo.
This, according to President Akufo-Addo would give way for the recruitment of a new batch of NABCO Trainees into the system.
The President said about seventy-two thousand personnel have responded to questionnaires as part of the process of placing them in permanent jobs.

He added that, unemployment rate is very worrying and the current NABCo personnel will be ending their job to help allow new graduates to have opportunity to be in the program.
He reiterated that, the various modules will absorbed the trainees into a permanent employment, adding that Educate Ghana will employ 25,000 personnel, Digital Ghana will take 15,000, Enterprise Ghana will absorb 5,500, Heal Ghana will employ 2,900 among the rest.
He therefore urged the trainees to take whatever processes they are going through very serious in their transition period as they bring their 3 year NABCo Service to an end in October 2021.
