Nkrumah- Nkwanta R/C primary school in the Atwima Mponua District of the Ashanti region is gradually collapsing.
The school lacks almost everything including School buildings, desks, textbooks, and other teaching and learning materials.
Parents lamented that the school usually shut down any time it threatened to rain, thus, impacting negatively on academics.
Assemblyman Mr Martin Prempeh speaking after donating Books to the school revealed that, the situation is very disheartening and pathetic. Poor condition of the school is affecting teaching and learning.
Opinion leader, Mr E.K. Agyemang, advised Ghanaian Parents to desist from wasting money on funeral clothing and invest such a resources in their children’s future, especially in the area of education. Mr E.K.Agyemang said, education is a tool and a passport needed by every child to progress in life.
