Solving Ghana’s problem can’t come from a person who only reasons after mixing alomo bitters with cognac, Kwame Baffoe has told former President John Mahama.

The Bono regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party in an interview on Wontumi TV stated that the former President was wrong to think that he has the brains to fix the problems of Ghana when they are already being addressed by President Akufo-Addo.

The NPP Chairman popularly known as Abronye described Mr. Mahama as a “problem compounder” and argued that under his tenure, he made Ghanaians pay more for electricity and still plunged the country into ‘dumsor‘.

“When we needed electricity in our homes, you asked us to pay more for power but in the end you didn’t give us light. In opposition you are pretending you think about Ghanaians but when we gave you power, you maltreated us”, Abronye said.

He therefore cautioned the 2020 flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) not to think he can play smart on Ghanaians by thinking we have forgotten about the mismanagement his government left behind.

“You can’t use the 2008 tricks on us again to ride to power in 2024. You have to stand firm because every thing that you said in the past, would be used as referrence against you in the future”, Abronye warned.

He maintains that the solving Ghana’s problem is above Mr. John Mahama.
