A lot of people have been wondering why I keep recording Dr.Bossman Asare, ordinary I hate to record private conversations but anytime I pick a phone to speak to Dr.Bossman Asare, I am just tempted to record his responses down!
His level of professionalism, acute political tendencies and shallow responses are just but a serious embarrassment to the Election Management body of Ghana that has been celebrated across the continent in the recent past.
This morning I visited the electoral commission to submit a letter to the commission, when I got to the premises I was told by security men on duty that the commission has closed down for recess…
I told them yes I was aware but I also know that public institutions like the Electoral Commission donot shut down totally, at least we were assured by the commission before the recess that some units will still be operational during the recess…
I was forced to call Dr.Bossman Asare to complain about this situation right infront of the security personnel and the responses I got from the seasoned academic turned elections manager was nothing short of bizzare exchanges…
It got to a point I just had to pick my phone and record the conversation because I just couldn’t believe my ears…

Me: I don’t know why seasoned political scientists like Prof. Gyampo and the likes are still around and this guy found his way into the Commission..
Guy is just an embarrassment to both academia and industry!
