130,672km Roads Refurbished – Amoako Atta

Minister of Roads and Highway, Kwasi Amoako Atta has revealed that the Akufo-Addo administration has since it’s inception refurbished a total of 130,672 kilometer of roads in the country.

He believes that the government had done a lot in the road sector of the local economy..

Speaking at a press conference in Accra on Sunday May 23, he said “In total we did 130,672 kilometers of routine maintenance.”

“The figures are there for you to see,” he added.

He further stated that his ministry is up to date on road statistics and is ready to share with the public.

“Because we are up to date we have included the figures for 2021, my ministry is always up to date,” he said.

Mr Amoako Atta added “Over 6 years of independence if we have done well for ourselves the people are better judges”
