Daniel Kofi Kyere Leaves Black Stars Camp – GFA

Ghana Football Association’s Communications Director, Henry Asante Twum, says Daniel Kofi Kyere has been excused to leave Black Stars camp to sort out transfer issues.

The 26-year-old was part of the Black Stars squad for the AFCON earlier this year in Cameroon and has been consisten in the team.

 

The Black Stars are currently in Kobe, Japan, to partake in the Kirin Cup alongside three other nations.

Kofi Kyere scored thirteen goals and provided ten assists in thirty-two games for FC ST. Pauli in Germany.

 

 

His impressive display has attracted interest from Bundesliga sides , and a host of overseas clubs as ST. Pauli failed to secure promotion to the Bundesliga after finishing fifth.

 

 

The former sports journalist, Henry Asante Twum, confirms that Daniel Kofi Kyere has been allowed to leave the camp to sort out a possible move away from ST. Pauli.

“Daniel Kofi Kyereh was getting calls from his agent even when the Black Stars team was in Cape Coast,” Asante Twum revealed.

“The agent contacted the technical team and they decided to let him go to sort his transfer move out,” he added.
