A journalist at the Office of the President, Adubofour Agyekum, is reportedly dead.
Adubofour Agyekum was the presidential correspondent for Kencity Media (Oman fm, Net 2 and Ashh FM). His death was confirmed on social by a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Nana Hesse Ogyiri.
Adubufor, as he was popularly called passed away on Saturday of unknown cause(s).
The late Adubofour was part of the morning show production team and also produced Oman FM’s flagship political show, Boiling Point.
He represented the station at the seat of government in 2017 after Nana Akufo-Addo won the 2016 elections.
He was the son of the famous Linguistics Lecturer at the University of Ghana, Professor Kofi Agyekum, popularly calĺed Opanin Agyekum
