NPP 2nd Vice Chairman Resigns To Contest Afigya Kwabre South Parliamentary Seat

Richard Appiah Kubi, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) second vice chairman for the Afigya Kwabre South Constituency, has resigned.

Information that has reached our news desk indicates that Mr. Richard Appiah Kubi’s decision was motivated by requests to run for the parliamentary seat on the party’s ticket.

Appiah Kubi is the Head of Operations at the Free SHS secretariat.

Mr. Kubi has held various political positions in the Constituency/District and the party some are as follows:

2nd Vice Chairman – Afigya Kwabre South, 2020 Ashanti Regional Campaign Team member (polling agents recruitments and training committee), Constituency Elections and Research Officer, Constituency Youth Organizer, Polling Station Secretary and  Assembly Member at Nkukua Buoho electoral area.

He was formerly the Tescon Organizer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
