Former deputy general secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Nana Obiri Boahen, has criticized NDC flagbearer John Mahama.
Lawyer Nana Obiri Boahen asserted that no God-fearing individual would vote for Mahama in the upcoming general elections.
In an interview on a Kumasi-based radio station, he emphasized his sincerity, claiming to be familiar with Mahama’s track record.
He posed a rhetorical question comparing Mahama with NPP’s Dr. Bawumia, advocating for Bawumia as a “tried and tested” leader.
Bawumia’s endorsement by Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, who commended his consistent humility, was highlighted by Lawyer Nana Obiri Boahen as further evidence of Bawumia’s suitability over Mahama.
He warned Ghanaians against bringing the NDC back to power, deeming such a choice an unforgivable error.
