Ghana South Africa Business Chamber Host  2025 The Rainbow Tennis Tournament Final

This is an annual tournament played which started since the year 2022, and this year is the fourth edition , which started with total number of 56 players. Twenty three(23) different nationals including thirteen ladies, which is the biggest group ever so far.

This year commencement is with representatives of South African High commission, which will run from Tuesday 11th of March till Thursday 13th March 2025, on the same premises of the Accra lawn tennis court.

 

 

 

In the outline course of the tournament , the vice president of Ghana-South Africa Business chamber. Recommended the good performance by the representative’s team from the US Embassy, who also won the last edition and are definately part of this year edition as defenders.

The vice president of the business chamber duly welcome everyone to the tennis court on Thursday to witness the fantastic final’s. Expectation eye could be among any of the Ghanaian team, South Africa, India, or the American team’s.

The Member of Parliament for the area, Dr. Zanetor Agyemang Rawlings, also showed up at the grounds to throw her support behind the tournament. She spoke to the public via the media at the following ;

She said sports create platform of no barrier in terms of how we relate to each other.

 

 

 

There is something special about sports in her which looks to fair play, justice, treat each other with respect and dignity. This is the extension of building a good society and a community.

Dr. Zanetor, claims ever since she became the MP, she always support youth in sports. Not only football but lawn tennis, Table tennis, basketball, etc. The idea is to encourage the young ones in sports development.

 

 

 

 

The MP, also claim to continue advocating for sports. She was actually happy to hear President John Dramani Mahama spoke good about sports when he recently met the house of Parliamentarians.

 

 

 

 

So her prayer is not just sports, but the government must invest enough in all categories of sports to help build our Nation.
