The Medical Team Member of the New Patriotic Party in the Ashanti Region, Patron of the NPP Crusaders, and native of Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency, John Kwame Duodu (SIR JOHN), has called on Ghanaians to let Easter reawaken the passion to play a part in Ghana’s development and growth.

According to Atwima Nwabiagya South, 1st Vice Chairman Aspirant, Ghanaians need to live in harmony regardless of their religious or political affiliation to ensure sustainable development.

In an Easter message, Sir John said, “as Christians across the world commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, I wish Christians well, especially residents of Atwima Nwabiagya South, and encourage them to pray for Ghana.”

As you commemorate this special festival which marks the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, I encourage all to continue to pray for the country, live in harmony with one another, and do our best to help make Ghana the cherished land we all wish to live in, “he said.

He also urged Christians to use the Easter festival to reflect on the Christ-like trait of personal sacrifice for humanity and rekindle enthusiasm to help build Ghana firmly.

He also prayed for God’s blessing on Mother Ghana, His Excellencies, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana, and Dr Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President of Ghana, King’s and Queens of our Land and all Ghanaians.

May the good Lord Bless us all to make as united in strength in Freedom and Justice and Development in Freedom.
