Wontumi Accused Of Pending Mampong NPP Internal Elections As Court Places Injunction On It.

Asante Mampong High Court adjoined and placed injunction on the case files by 35 NPP Mampong Poling Station Executives led by Mr Kofi Sarpong against NPP Executives in Mampong led by Constituency chairman, Mr Asare Luther for denied over thousands of party members to pick forms for polling station elections in the Constituency because they are not on the MP side to 10th June,2022  by His Lordship Justice George Appah Kwarbeng on the 4th sitting of the case today 6th May, 2022.

 

 

The court order the both parties to settle the case by theNPP National Executive Council (NEC) and submit the final results to Mampong Court on 10th June,2022 before any elections can conduct by NPP in Mampong Constituency .

 

 

Speaking with Agyenkwa fm’s Obofo Michael by the leader of the 35 Polling Station Executives, Mr Kofi Sarpong after the court the adjoined the case, he accused the Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman, Mr Bernard Antwi Bosiako (Chairman Wontumi) for pending of Mampong Internal Election in Court.

 

 

He also appealing to the NPP National Executive Council (NEC) to let justice privils in the case if not the case will not resolve.

In addition, some of the Polling Station Executives also expressed their disappointed with the party executives.
