Central Region: Fetish Priest Shot Himself, Wife And 14 -Year -Old Child At Abowinum

A 39-year-old Akwasi Tando a fetish Priest has committed suicide after shooting his wife and his 14-year-old son to death at Enyan Abowinum in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam District of the Central Region.

The sad incident happened Wednesday, May,11,2022 in the evening around 10PM.

 

Information gathered by our Correspondent Obaapa Adwoa Benyiwaa Kwanimaa revealed that the suspect decided to marry another woman which resulted in quarrelling for the past weeks.

 

Eyewitnesses say the suspect on several occasions has threatened to kill the wife and their 5 children and kill himself.

 

So they were not surprised by the unfortunate incident.

Meanwhile, the mother of Abena Ketewa the deceased, Adwoa Oduma also said, the husband accuses the wife of infidelity and also the children are not his but the family decided to find ample time to resolve it.

 

Meanwhile, the Police at Ajumako deposited the bodies at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital Mortuary for autopsy and preservation.
