Former management member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Isaac Tetteh, popularly known as “TT Brothers,” has bemoaned the debts owed him by Phobians for over the past two decades.
TT Brothers has over the years made efforts to retrieve over $1 million in debt owed him by Accra Hearts of Oak, but both parties have not found an amicable solution to the debts.
Speaking to Asempa FM after a recent interview, TT Brothers revealed that he went for the loan to help Hearts of Oak’s operations in the mid-2000’s.
According to TT Brothers, this led to his business struggling afterwards, with Hearts of Oak unable to settle the debts and in pain over the issue.
TT Brothers further stated that some past officials of Hearts of Oak knew where they took the money from but was surprised by their silence over the issue.
“Some people started Hearts of Oak before we took the mantle, and I approach those who have the mantle now to show respect to past officials.
“Hearts was in debt before the takeover, but the recent administration seems not to be perturbed about settling owed debts, which is worrying,” he said.
