A Ghanaian lady, Psychiatric Nursing Officer, Juliet Kwakye, is getting ready to shatter the Guinness World Records for the longest singing marathon in June.
She aims to sing for over 120 hours, surpassing the current record of 105 hours set in 2012 by an Indian named Sunil Waghmare.
Juliet Kwakye’s Sing-A-Thon will take place from the 7th to the 11th of June 2024 in Akim Oda, Eastern Region.
The primary goal of Juliet Kwakye’s Longest Singing Marathon is to raise public awareness and support for the project “Operation No Mentally Challenged On The Streets Of Ghana And Awareness Creation On The Effects Of Substance Abuse.”
Additionally, she seeks to promote Ghanaian music genres such as Gospel, Highlife, Hiplife, Azonto, Afrobeats, etc. Juliet needs and deserves our support.
Thousands of Ghanaians are anticipated to swarm the venue in support of her, including prominent politicians and popular figures from the arts and media.
Go Juliet ! Go Ghana!! 🇬🇭 🎤🎶🎵
