A/R: Over 1,500 Taxi And Trotro Drivers Declared Support For NPP.

 

 

 

About 1,500 Taxi and Trotro Drivers has announced their departure to the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti region.

 

The group express their gratitude for president Nana Addo and his NPP government.

 

On their behalf Alliance of Drivers and Drivers union, Mr. Ismeal Mohammed Usman, National Organiser  says ,they are grateful for the support  Nana Akufo-Addo and his NPP government  have given them.

 

He added that, the Instant  Driving Licences for drivers  have been greatly benefited from.

 

Mr. Ismail,also expressed his gratitude on the reduction of fuel prices and licence price.

They could not drive certain vehicles.

They could not drive ovan and other vehicles.

 

But now drivers with licence B can drive ovan and other vehicles without any trouble.

 

He says that the president upon  has taken issues of drivers with great concern.

“I stand here to declare our fates to the New Patriotic Party which is going to win the election.

 

In addition, some of the drivers also expressed their gratitude for Nana Akufo-Addo.

 

Meanwhile, the National chairman of Alliance of Drivers, Alhaji Yaya Siaka also advised the drivers to ensure discipline on the road to avoid loss of lives.
