Parents of the Junior High School final Year Candidates who will sit for their Basic Education Certificate Examination on Monday have been advised to support their wards financially after their final examination to help them bear better fruit in life.
Speaking in an interview with Mrs. Linda Nyarko Yeboah, CEO of Abronoma Foundation, a non-profit making organization she stated that, the BECE candidates after their completion doesn’t mean they can cater for their needs hence parents must be friendly to their wards in the house and provide them with the necessary support financially and other means to prevent them from involving themselves into activities that may block their education journey.
She also pleaded with the children to listen to the advice of their parents and support their parents in all their activities and businesses.
Mrs. Linda Nyarko Yeboah Advised the female candidates to stay away from early and unprotected sex after their Basic Education to prevent them from teenage pregnancy which may end their education dreams.
She said completing JHS is the first step in the education hierarchy hence the students must put up a decent life and make friends with their books to help them gain more access to Education for the betterment of their lives.
