A 24-year-old man has been butchered to death by his friend over their long-term argument at Wenchi in the Bono Region on Tuesday November 16.
According to the deceased uncle, kwaku Amponsah who told Nimdee Fm’s reporter that, one resident reported to them that, this nephew, Daniel Dankwa(the deceased) was found in a pool of blood near a pito base at wenchi with multiple cutlass wounds on his body but before his passing, he revealed that his assailant Nana Kwasi attacked him with a cutlass after a short misunderstanding after the reaching the scene.
The deceased died shortly after arrival at the Wenchi Government Hospital .
The Suspect,Nana Kwasi has been arrested by Wenchi Police command. The cutlass has been retrieved as an exhibit.
