As part of the celebration of the “YEAR OF THE NURSE AND MIDWIFE”, the Ministry of Health in partnership with Ebenage Herbal, and the RENEF Foundation gave out free customized chocolates to nurses and midwives at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH).
They were also given immune booster medications HEPA PLUS from Ebenage Herbal. This was done to show love to the nurses and midwives at the treatment center for their hard work.
At the event, the Ag. Director of Nursing and Midwifery at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Barnabas Kwame Yeboah thanked the nurses and midwives for their sacrifices especially at a time that covid-19 cases are on the rise.
Meanwhile; Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Dr. Oheneba Dansohas endorsed HEPA plus herbal mixture as the best medicine to curtail the covid-19 within the country.
According to him, this medicine a traditional medicine that has been fortified by the food and Drug Authority (FDA).
He added that, the medicine will help boast the immune system of the body to help fight any virus in the body system.
He made this comment during the donation of HEPA plus herbal medicine at the forecourt of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
He urged everybody to continue to adhere to all protocols to help curb the virus in the country.
Meanwhile, the CEO of Ebenage Herbal Consult, Dr. Ebenezer Agyemang also explained the reason why they did this to the Doctors at KATH by saying, they want to encourage all Health Workers in the country to help fight the virus hence the need for them to donate the medicine.
He noted that, the medicine will help boast the immune system.
He urged everybody to purchase the medicine to help combat the virus in the body.
