Put Away Pessimism And Have Hope For 2024 – Sir John’s New Year Message To Ghanaians

In his message for the new year, John Kwame Duodu, popularly known as Sir John, has urged Ghanaians not to give up hope in the prospects of the motherland; Ghana

The Constituency First Vice Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Atwima Nwabiagya South of the Ashanti Region who doubles as the Ashanti Regional TESCON Patron encouraged Ghanaians to put aside any form of pessimism and have hope for the 2024 new year.

Sir John asserted that there are tons of opportunities in the new year and therefore he entreated the citizenry not to approach 2024 with pessimism or any sense of limitations to individual capabilities and the economic prospects the year has in stall for every Ghanaian..

‘The days ahead of us should be filled with hope, not despair,’ he added.

In his words of encouragement ahead of the New Year, Mr. John Kwame Duodu who is also the Director of Finance of the Royal Ann College of Health (RACOH), located at Atwima Manhyia, stated “let us look ahead and see what we can accomplish, working both individually and as a team to advance our society.”

Mr. Duodu expressed optimism that the ruling New Parotic Party administration will live up to its promises and aspirations of raising the standard of living for all citizens in the year 2024 and pleaded with the people to continue having faith in the Nana Addo government.

He also expressed hope that Ghanaians will do their honest part towards the realisation of the shared vision of a prosperous and united nation in 2024.

In order to foster social cohesion harmony, and peaceful coexistence among the people in 2024, Sir John further underlined the importance of responsible communication among Ghanaians.

“If we are to work for the greater good of our country, we must communicate responsibly; Ghana’s unity will be strengthened by constructive criticism and everyone focusing on the possible solutions to our national challenges rather than unhealthy criticisms negativities”, he stated,

Sir John also sent his warmest new year felicitations to President H.E. Akufo-Addo, the vice president and NPP presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, and the good people of Atwima Nwabiagya South and Ghana at large. He also wished for them a happy and prosperous New Year.

“2024 is the Year of Youth in Action for greater prospects and fulfillment of hopes and for the good of all humanity”, he stated..
