Tain MP Pleads With Delegates To Retain Him

Mr Sulemana Adama , the incumbent Member of Parliament for the Tain Constituency has appealed to delegates in the impending Parliamentary primary to exercise their franchise wisely to elect someone to carry their development agenda forward.

He said, he was tried and tested and that the surest way was to vote and retain him to continue with the good works in the Constituency to improve the living conditions of the people.

According to Hon. Sulemana, he is the only winsome candidate among the other contestants saying, “I am the only person among the candidates vying for the NDC parliamentary candidature who can give the party victory in the Constituency and also help our presidential candidate to grab more vote in the 2024 general election.

“Let me put aside the achievements that I have done during my term and ask you delegates to keep me for another term as I will secure victory for the NDC for all of us to benefit”

Mr Sulemana Adama made the appeal in an exclusive interview with MyGhanaMedia.com as he is seeking re-election.

He noted that it is dangerous to substitute the best player and best goal scorer in a competitive match and stressed the need for delegates to retain him for victory

“I am prepared to work with the delegates of the party in the Tain Constituency by listening to the masses if they re-elected me to lead the party into the crucial 2024 General election”

He also warned against politics of insults as the party inches closer to electing a flagbearer to lead it ahead of the 2024 elections.
