Tension In Asawase As NDC Constituency Secretary Has Been Threatened With Death.

The constituency secretary for the National Democratic Congress,NDC in the Asawase constituency Mr . Mugis Mahdi has been threatened by an unknown person. 

Mr Mugis Mahdi confirmed the incident in an interview with Kumasi base Journalist,Abdul Basit .

“I woke up in the morning to a surprising SMS on my phone , and the message was from an unknown number ( 0595359959 ) , threatening me with death “, he said.

“Am cool with any one here even the New Patriotic Party members because politics divides us but Islam unites us . So am really worried about it “,he stated.

“The Member of parliament for Asawase constituency Hon. Muntaka Mubarak has asked me to report to the police and i have done exactly that”he confirmed .
