The Committee of Presidents, comprising presidents of various Student Representative Councils (SRCs) and associations that constitute the National Health Students Association of Ghana (NAHSAG), has issued a press release advising members, the general public, government agencies, and corporate bodies to unfollow the Facebook account of the previous administration named
“National Health Students Association of Ghana-Nahsag”.
.
According to the Committee, the Facebook account is being controlled by Daniel Onomah Asamoah, the past President of the association who took office in 2022. The Committee asserted that any comments questioning Asamoah’s actions on the Facebook page are promptly deleted, creating a misleading impression that the previous administration is still managing the association’s affairs.
The Committee of Presidents urges all corporate bodies, institutions, ministries, government agencies, and NGOs to unfollow the Facebook account, as it no longer represents the interests of NAHSAG or its current legitimate leadership, led by H.E. Ernest Agyare.
