A/R: Atwima Nwabiagya South MCE’s New Year  Message To His  Constituents

Spread the love

I am grateful to have this opportunity to serve as the Municipal Chief Executive for Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality. To share some thoughts with my fellow citizens and with our friends and neighbours throughout the Municipality. Try as we might, none of us can predict the future.

Most of the world’s events have been dominated by the coronavirus pandemic.
This has brought deep sadness and loss with many people’s lives being touched by the virus.
My thoughts remain with those who have lost their loved ones or been adversely affected in other ways.
Let me acknowledge the fantastic work done by our health workers, emergency services, security services, and the army of businesses.

Despite all these challenges, we have been able to make some changes in macro and the micro economy, such includes creation of jobs, tax waiver for businesses, disbursement of loans to small and medium scale enterprises and so forth.

Not forgetting to thank the good people of Ghana for a successful election and thanking you for voting massively for the New Patriotic Party and Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo.

We need to listen more to one another. Let’s actively seek out ideas and encourage everyone who wants to contribute positively to our community. We need to nurture a confidence in ourselves and a strong belief in our ability to achieve remarkable things together.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
