The Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of Mengold, Ghana have vowed to vote for the presidential candidate of National Democratic Congress (NDC) and also the former president, John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming gen6 elections on 7th  December, 2020.

Speaking to the media at a press conference held at Ashanti Region, the national vice chairman, Mr Francis Owusu  said that they are going to vote massively for Mr Mahama come December 7th because they believe that the presidential candidate of NDC  has the track record to retrieve their locked up deposits from Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM 1) if they voted for him (Mahama) .

The aggrieved customers  made the declarations  after  the former President Mahama’s Pronouncements at Tarkwa and Pan African Television that he will retrieve their locked up funds from NAM 1 if he wins the 7th December polls.

According to Mr Francis, they have made numerous appeals to the ruling New Patriotic Party’s government led by H.E Akufo-Addo, however tthe situation remains unsolved.

Therefore, “as customers we have knocked every door of the state including the President of the Republic and from the recent utterances by the Vice President Dr Mahamud Bawumia labelling us as having invested in a 419 unregistered companies even though his party was a huge beneficiary of Menzgold spoils, we have no option than to pledge our votes to Mr Mahama.

We and our families are going to give him 600,000 votes on December 7 2020. He has the track record and we believe strongly that he can retrieve our locked up funds from Akufo-Addo’s boy, NAM 1”, the statement of the customers.
