Ghana U17 head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has announced his starting line up for the 2022 WAFU Zone B U17 Championship semi-final game against Burkina Faso this evening.

The Black Starlets will be battling out with the Burkina Faso U17 side in the second semi-final game for this year’s edition of the WAFU U17 Championship at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

Fabin has maintained his starting line up that trounced Togo in their last Group A fixture with Pius Adua, Abdul Razak Salifu and Andrews Appiah leading the upfront for the Starlets.

Ghana booked themselves a ticket to the semis after thrashing the Togo U17 side 3-0 in their final Group A fixture to finish second behind Nigeria.

Burkina Faso on the other hands secured a place in the semis after staging a dramatic comeback win against defending champions Ivory Coast to claim top spot in Group B with nine points.

The Ghana U17 will battle for supremacy against the young stallions of Burkina Faso since they’re just a win away from booking a ticket the 2023 Africa U17 Cup of Nations in Algeria.

The winner of this match will face Nigeria in the final after the Golden Eaglets defeated Ivory Coast 3-1 in the first semi-final game.

The game will kick-off at 6:30pm
