The Law Will Deal With Anyone Who Humilate People With Disabilities – Social Welfare Director.  

The Ashanti Regional Deputy Welfare Director Mrs. Gifty Wetsy has Cautioned some Ghanaian citizens who humilate people’s with disabilities to desist from such behaviour else deal with by the Law.

According to her, The Ashanti Regional welfare Organisation together with the Ghana police service will start by next year arrest anyone purported to have humiliating any person living with physical challenges in the various communities.

She made this remarks at a durbar in the Offinso south municipality when people  with disabilities were celebrating World Disabilities day on   Thursday 3 , December 2020.

Meanwhile some Ghanaians citizens  living with physical challenges commended government for awarding them some gestures wealth millions of Ghana cedis. They also received some items from the Municipal Assembly which includes; Fridges,Cooking utensils, Cutlasses, Rice and many others.
